BetRivers has announced in a press release that it will start its online mobile sportsbook in Maryland on November 21, with users able to make bets and deposit cash.
The limited demonstration period on November 21 and 22 will lead to the state’s full launch of sports betting on November 23, making it the most recent US state to do so after the Supreme Court chose to repeal PASPA in 2018.
In recognition of the launch, BetRivers are providing bettors an introductory offer for those who join up early – which will see bettors awarded a first-time deposit offer where bettors will earn a second chance wager, up to $500, on their initial bet if it fails.
Richard Schwartz, CEO of RSI, announced the launching a brand new online and mobile sports betting in Maryland. “The much-anticipated introduction of online mobile sports betting in Maryland is here, and just at the time of NFL and College football excitement during the Thanksgiving holiday,” he said.
“We are thrilled to provide NFL and college football fans in Maryland a fun sports betting environment so they can easily access all the holiday excitement,” - he added.
“In addition to football, BetRivers provides clients infinite fun with various other sports and betting possibilities accessible for their pleasure, including thrilling single game parlays of the NBA, college basketball, and bets on the World Cup.”
BetRivers are providing fans with various types of events to wager on, and the debut comes just after the commencement of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar - which sees the USA drawn in a group with Iran, Wales, and England.
